Mr. Siddhartha Dave (Founder & Managing Director)
Siddhartha Dave (The Magician and Mesmerizer – as his students always say) is an International Development professional with more than two decades of experience in India, South Asia, Middle East Asia & at global level. He has had a flourishing career as a trainer and academician with profound experience in recruiting and training. He had been Graduate student at School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution (SCAR), now known as The Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution - George Mason University - USA, he pursued Masters in Communication Studies & Human Rights Law from National Law School, Bangalore.
Mr. Siddhartha Dave is an alumnus of United Nations University – Tokyo. He has been invited to UN's International Leadership Institute (UNU-ILI), Amman, Jordan (2006 & 2008) , Singapore Management University- Singapore and has delivered lectures at City University- Hong Kong, Renmin University- Beijing.
Worked with Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad ( IIM,A) ,UNDP, Peace Corps of Norway(Fredskorpset). He was awarded FORUM-ASIA fellowship 2006. The same year, he was selected by South Asian think-tank, Regional Center for Strategic Studies (RCSS- Colombo).
Nominated as an Indian delegate at World Youth Peace Summit (Melaka, Malaysia) and Young Leaders' One Degree Asia (Singapore) & has been associated with Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. Siddhartha Dave is Rashtrapati Scout awardee by The President of India, Shri Shankar Dayal Sharma (1992)
Capt Meera Siddhartha Dave (Founder & Director)
Capt Meera Dave has an illustrious career as an Indian Army Officer and subsequently as a corporate leader and motivational speaker. She got commissioned as Lieutenant in Indian Army’s Ordnance Corps in 2006. She is a proud alumna of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM,A 2012-13) and Officers’ Training Academy- Chennai.
As an Army officer and corporate honcho, she has been at the helm of affairs in training and recruitment. She has had a long standing relation with Israel and is active on Indo-Israel friendship forums.
Recipient of Bhaskar Women of the Year 2012, she is a motivation speaker and sparks the desire to succeed in students. Her services has been recognized by The President of India, Smt Pratibhadevi Singh Patil for the outstanding performance in “Operation Sadbhavana” at Baramulla (J&K), for Empowerment & Livelihood promotion of militancy affected women.
She is regular on, Talk shows, guidance lectures in schools and universities. She also provides her services as a corporate motivation speaker.
